Making metal prices easy to access and understand
The LME wanted to enable its variety of users to access pertinent information in the most efficient manner, helping them to make informed trading and product decisions while educating them about the metals market.
We partnered with the LME to bring its Sitecore solution up to date, restructuring the site and designing a new UI to revolutionise the customer journey. The result is a secure digital platform that streams 15-minute delayed last trade prices as well as day-delayed market data such as LME Official Prices and LME Closing Prices.
Rebuilding a data-led solution from the ground up
Taking an agile approach, we have overhauled the LME’s underlying Sitecore solution, upgrading it and creating a solid technical foundation for future developments. We overcame complex data challenges through a highly collaborative working model to ensure that the intelligent solution is easily updatable for the LME’s teams. The new site is integrated with Refinitiv which supplies a live stream of data that is subsequently delayed by 15-minutes, providing users with intraday pricing for all metals.
