Dan provides board leadership and direction to ensure that we at UNRVLD meet our strategic goals and execute specific individual client objectives. He drives the strategic leadership and vision as part of our overall plan to develop and build the agency into a CX and DXP powerhouse over the next five years. Following our recent investment from BGF, he is in communication with investors and other agency leaders, looking for future opportunities and acquisition targets to grow the agency further.

Andy is responsible for the definition and implementation of the architecture, technology, delivery, quality assurance and managed service functions of the business. He ensures our project delivery processes are scalable and meet the growing demands of the agency and our customers. He also manages the relationship with our key hosting provider Rackspace. While his background is predominately programme management, Andy is often heavily involved in onboarding new customers.

Multi-award winning HR professional, Vicki plays an essential and pivotal role at UNRVLD. She in the internal face of the UNRVLD digital family. She pioneers diversity, equality and inclusion and our core values of nurturing our people to be the best they can be - for themselves, our clients and the wider digital community. She is fully CIPD qualified and holds Chartered membership status.

As CGO Tom is responsible for the revenue growth and performance of the agency – overseeing the New Business, Marketing and Client Service functions. With over 20 years of experience and a background in digital strategy and customer experience, Tom works directly with organisations embarking on significant digital transformation programmes to ensure UNRVLD is best positioned to support them on this journey. Tom has built his reputation as a thought leader in digital and is a regular guest speaker at industry events.

Geoff takes the lead on the agency’s new business growth plan. Overseeing our lead gen and engagement teams, he supports new clients on their most pressing business challenges; providing expert guidance through our digital consulting services. For the last two years Geoff has deservedly been one of the Top 100 Business Development professionals in the UK, as ranked by The Drum.

Darren is responsible for a multi-disciplined development team producing enterprise scale web applications with complex integrations across many platforms. He drives the team’s around our development roadmap, including: development processes, quality and toolsets. He’s also responsible for our technical partnerships. Darren is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Sitecore certified developer.

Responsible for nurturing UNRVLD’s research, design, and user experience teams, James also oversees the creative direction for clients to support their strategic goals. He is an accomplished and passionate brand expert, overseeing the agency’s new brand direction. He is also adept at unlocking creative opportunities to grow revenue for both our existing and new business accounts.

Chief Financial Officer at UNRVLD, Ali has played a key role in laying the foundations to pursue a buy-and-build growth strategy to propel the UNRVLD group in to ‘top 10’ player status within the UK digital scene. He co-led the original management buy-out backed by Business Growth Fund, which led to the completion of our first acquisition. Ali continues to look out for new acquisition opportunities as UNRVLD looks towards further expansion.
