This recognition is a great testament to the hard work that our team, alongside the club’s internal team, and agency partner InCrowd, has put in over the past few years to create a digital strategy and website solution that is bespoke to the club’s fan engagement needs. The judges recognised the impact of the new site for the south London Premier League club, highlighting "excellent levels of engagement with the fan base and tangible commercial return".
UNRVLD designed and built Crystal Palace FC.’s mobile-first website on InCrowd’s Bridge Platform. The new site has revitalised Palace’s brand presence online and together we’ve helped launch new products, services, functionality and campaigns to supporters, which have significantly improved the fan experience whilst also increasing commercial opportunities for the club and its partners.
James Woodroof, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Crystal Palace FC. comments:
“From day one of this project, all our attention was focused on enhancing our supporters’ experience – and we have delivered significant growth across every core metric. Thanks to the UNRVLD & InCrowd teams for their continued efforts to help our site improve further, as well as my colleagues who work tirelessly to create outstanding content for our fans, and deliver personalised campaigns for our various departments and commercial partners. And thanks to the Sports Business Awards team for a brilliant event and this recognition from an esteemed judging panel, which has made us all very proud.”
