We're proud to announce that DYWIDAG, the global infrastructure giant, has selected UNRVLD as their digital agency partner. For over a century, DYWIDAG has been at the forefront of making infrastructure safer, stronger and smarter. DYWIDAG serves a diverse range of structures, from bridges, road, rail, dams and wind turbines, to low and high-rise construction, LNG storage and nuclear energy plants. Operating in 53 countries, across five continents, their legacy includes supporting iconic structures worldwide, from the Panama Canal, Golden Gate Bridge and Freedom Tower, to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and Kao Ping Hsi Bridge. The organisation has expertise in material supply, design, installation, monitoring and maintenance, across their main sectors of Geotechnics, Post-tensioning, Stay cable bridges and Concrete Technologies.

DYWIDAG completed a comprehensive rebrand programme in 2022, bringing together 23 different regional websites. The goal of the improved website is to become a central point for effective engagement, powered by personalised, region-specific content that resonates with a diverse customer base across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australasia and UK/Ireland.

UNRVLD’s immediate goal is to identify areas for improvement, including SEO, content, layout and connectivity to supporting digital platforms (SM channels, CRM) as well as overall user engagement. This approach puts testing and data-informed decisions at the centre of the development roadmap; fixing what is found over time. This light touch methodology works well for many of our enterprise clients who prefer smaller, focused iterative improvement work across a wide digital estate, versus a full upfront site rebuild.

DYWIDAG's current website is built on the Contentful CMS as an amalgamation of many previous sites, altogether serving six sectors. The future plan is also to define a holistic approach to digital communications that includes more personalised content delivery. To help with this aim, UNRVLD will be undertaking market research to improve our understanding of DYWIDAG's path to purchase funnel. The three primary main areas inside this scope are:

  • CMS evaluation
  • UX evaluation
  • SEO analysis

We will also help DYWIDAG to establish KPIs for the site to enable effective performance evaluations.

Says Peter Assinder, DYWIDAG VP of Sales and Marketing:

“UNRVLD impressed us from the outset with their strategic and technical approach. We are excited to be on this improvement programme, ensuring we continue to build on our rebrand, with the project resulting in a premium, personalised digital experience for our customers and stakeholders across all of our services and regions.”

At UNRVLD we feel privileged to be working with such a prestigious global infrastructure and construction business with the ambition to deliver an exceptional user experience across so many service lines.

Says Steven Cassin, UNRVLD Director of Strategy:

“As one of Contentful’s top tier partners in Europe, we are delighted to perform this essential transformation work for DYWIDAG. In addition, we will provide wider digital expertise to ensure DYWIDAG utilises the best supporting technologies for their wider business needs now and into the future.”

We look forward to building a far more personalised relationship for DYWIDAG with its customers in the future.
