UNRVLD Wins Elite and BIMA Awards

UNRVLD is thrilled to announce the victory at the Experimentation Elite Awards 2024 and further success in the BIMA 100.

We have won an Elite award for our Biffa experimentation programme.  Competing as a finalist in three categories, we proudly secured the best SaaS & B2B Award for our Biffa Experimentation Programme.  We worked with Biffa on the optimisation of their bespoke nine-step Ecommerce Journey with the aim of optimising user experience and reducing bounce rate. Over the course of 12 months, our experimentation programme has unlocked over £1.4m additional yearly revenue. The experiment that was entered into the awards led to a remarkable 19.47% uplift in transaction completion conversion rate (estimated 801 extra completed transactions per year), equating to an estimated £745k in annual revenue.

The experimentation programme was led by Polly Walton, UNRVLD’s Head of Experience Optimisation, who was also a finalist in the Rising Star category. These outstanding experiments were run using Sitecore's with its incredible server-side A/B testing capabilities. The awards were judged by a panel of nine of the most renowned and independent leaders in the experimentation space.
