We’ve consolidated Right Management's outplacement services, leveraging data and compassionate design to create a joined-up, mindful user experience that guides users on their career progression journey. Subscribed organisations can now offer consistent levels of support to departing employees wherever they are in the world.
A digital experience with purpose
Rooted in extensive user research, the Next platform boasts a human-centred design system. Conversational language, calming colours and toggle functionality allowing dark and light modes, have been incorporated to offer users an intelligent and empathetic experience at a difficult time.

Next offers users a personalised portal which evolves as they progress in their transition journey, providing them with tailored resources like videos and workshops, based on their individual preferences.
