Initially we set up a global digital infrastructure to communicate a consistent message to pet owners across all markets. We consolidated 15 content management systems and 14 product repositories, aligning a wealth of data, understanding consumption and ranking product popularity. We drove business efficiencies and technology cost savings on a flexible and scalable digital ecosystem.

We have helped Royal Canin to pivot its business at pace towards the D2C marketplace. Royal Canin can now communicate to 59 markets in 30 languages with a single product view – all under one Sitecore licence.
